Annual report on the activities of the health and safety service

The Single Report – RU, referring to information on the social activity of a company, is an annual obligation for employers (companies with employees), with content and deadline for submission regulated in Ordinance no. 55/2010, of January 21.

The deadline for submitting the RU is usually between March 16 and April 15 of the year following the one to which it relates and the content of the report is developed, and the elements to help fill it in are available on the websites of the Single Report and the ACT (Authority for Working Conditions).
