Until the beginning of October 2019, workers were entitled to 35 hours of training. Currently, the law stipulates that all companies must give at least 10% of their workers 40 hours of continuous training per year. In the case of fixed-term contracts of 3 months or more, the number of hours of training each year is proportional to the duration of the contract in that year. <\/p>\n
