However, there are several factors that can negatively influence their health and, consequently, their work performance. Work-related stress is the second most frequently reported health problem in Europe, after musculoskeletal disorders, and around half of employees consider it common in their workplace (eu-osha, 2014).  <\/p>\n<p>Psychosocial risks can manifest themselves in problems such as absenteeism, reduced profitability, increased turnover, conflicts with coworkers and an increase in the number of accidents at work.<\/p>\n<p>The provision of Medilav\u00ae services has the following objectives:[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"standard-arrow bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li>Psychological support and\/or guidance, individually or in groups, for employees identified by management or who spontaneously show an interest in this support.
