This consultation is dedicated to regular gynecological follow-up, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases and the promotion of general well-being. <\/p>\n

At Medilav we establish a close relationship with each woman, understanding her particularities and health needs, playing an essential role in the monitoring and care of gynecological pathologies.<\/p>\n

The starting point for the whole process is always the woman, because we understand the importance of knowing her medical history, her habits and her views on intimate health.<\/p>\n

We believe that true knowledge comes from the continuity of care provided, building a stable, welcoming and trust-based relationship between the woman and the doctor over time.
\nWe carry out regular gynecological examinations, including Pap smears and clinical assessments, as part of the prevention and early detection of diseases of the cervix, ovaries and other gynecological pathologies.
\nWe monitor menstrual health, monitoring irregularities and associated symptoms and offering appropriate advice on how to control them when necessary.
\nWe monitor chronic diseases that affect women\u2019s health, such as endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome, and, if necessary, refer them to other specialties.
\nWe advise on contraceptive methods, presenting the most suitable options for each stage of life and taking into account the woman\u2019s lifestyle and preferences.
\nWe provide guidance on sexual and reproductive health, covering topics such as sexually transmitted infections, family planning and pre-conception health.
\nWe prevent breast cancer by teaching the practice of self-examination and performing breast palpation to detect alterations, as well as referring for complementary tests if necessary.
\nWe educate for health, promoting a healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet and physical exercise, adjusted to each stage of a woman\u2019s life.<\/p>\n
